We are the club for those people in love with the swing dance and the culture of the 1920-1950s
which is called The Swing Era in some history of culture issues. Swinging is dance, swinging is music,
swinging is joy of life - this might have been sort of a motto to the people who have danced swing back in 1920s.
Our club is centered about Swing Dance School where you could naturally
learn how to dance swing.
We dance, teach, and learn all sorts of swing dances
including Lindy hop, Balboa, Charleston, Shag,
and so on, so forth - or maybe it's better to say so back - to the other dances belonging to the
admirable times of swing boom. This goes as for the main course. We've got a lot of other fields
and activities those really involved in the swing connected things. The culture covers Music and
Style as well as Miscellaneous issues concerning the history of this lovely Swing Era.
Why we aren't just another of a million next-door every-dance schools?
First, you will really learn to swing dance here. Honestly. We promise ;). We don't stuff you with
some classic ballroom variation of this-dance-was-called-something-like-swing-once thing. Anyway,
some of the dances we dance and teach (like Balboa or Shag) are unique for Russia. No one teaches
Balboa in Moscow. Except for us, you know:

consider it a banality - but yes, we have people sticking together as a result of taking classes,
which are fun and enjoyable, and we are keen of beginners.
In addition, we accept people in the beginner groups almost all the year round, so you can just
join in anytime you want - whenever you personally feel like learning how to dance.

Everybody is welcome to our swing-dance parties each Saturday in "Polnolunie" club
(B.Karetny,2, near Pushkinskaya metro station). Admission 100 rbl, party starts at 9 pm.
