Take decision which group suits you better

Usually we use terms like "BW-IA" or "LH-I" in our classes timetable.

The first part is a dance abbreviation, like LH (Lindy Hop) and BW (Boogie Woogie). The second part is an abreviated description of dance level.

Beginners (B)

Come to this group in two cases.
Case one: perhaps, you heard about swing dance. Maybe, you saw people dancing it a couple of times. Probably, one of your friends tried to teach you some swing dance figures on a party. But you have no dance practice and have no notion about how people learn to dance. Anyway if you're ready to start, we'd glad to greet you in that group!
Case two: you spent a lot of time on various sorts of dances but never danced swing. Right now you've got ready for swing. Welcome to beginners!

Beginners-Intermediate (BI)
You know that boogie-woogie and lindy hop is pair dance. You took a couple of lessons at different times by different teachers, but dropped each time. But you're not afraid of terms like: closed position, dance frame, leading and following. So, let's continue in Beginners-Intermediate!

Intermediate (I)
The phrase "triple step" sounds to you sweet and so familiar. Your warming up starts with triple steps for a month and more. Moreover, you see clear diference between the 6 count and 8 count basic step. At parties you can recognize dance techniques you've already learnt. You understand that the periodic screaming of the dance intructor "listen to the music!!!" means you should sometimes pause if you hear a break in the music.

Intermediate-Advanced (IA)
There's no week last half of the year when you miss a swing party. You can dance for more than 5 minutes without changing places. The word "Herraeng" sounds very attractive to you. The main problem which makes your living hard is who the heck will teach me how to improvize?!?

Advanced (A)
For many many many months nobody asks you what you're doing at your spare time. It's definitely clear what you do. You can dance the whole song using different swing-out variations. You invite both advanced and novice partners to dance, first ones because you're not ashamed of what you dance and the other ones - because you feel yourself able to teach them some cute tricks. You use so many base step variations that sometimes people ask themselves whether you know what base step means at all. Your leading is ideal, and there're always swing dance shoes in your bag.

Advanced Plus (A+)
You swing like a god(dess). People can determine the song you dance to only by your dance figures. Besides, where are you from?

Competition & Show (C&S)
You train every day and always have two-three t-shirts in your bag. During classes you try to find yourself in the mirror and it seems there're more than one of yours! Your dance colleagues tell you with respect: you had such a fast dance tempo that we got serious fear for your life.
